President, CEO: Responsible for company operations. For all contracts, reports directly to the school Superintendent/and or administration. Oversees all aspects of contract program and provides direct consultation services as a LSSP, diagnostician and teacher.

Licensed Bilingual School Psychologist: Performs monolingual and bilingual assessments and conducts ARD's as needed to determine if a disability is present. Supervises clinical staff.

Licensed Speech/Language Pathologist: Conducts speech screening, assessments, and therapy to identified students, and attends ARD's where speech is an instructional service. Supervises all speech staff.

Licensed Professional Counselor(s): Provides therapeutic counseling, ongoing consultation, and training as it pertains to students needs.

Occupational Therapist: Provides assessment, therapy, and consultative services.

Physical Therapist: Provides assessment, therapy, and consultative services.

Autism Team: Provides assessment services for developmentally delayed individuals and participates as an ARD team member.

Certified ESL Teacher: Responsible for program set-up, evaluations, monitoring and ESL training. Attendance at Regional trainings to represent the district.

Dyslexia Specialist: Certified in MTA. Responsible for Program set-up, monitoring, assessment and MTA training.
